Questions about this automation

How does the AI decide which applications rank highest?

Each CV is parsed into structured fields such as skills, years of experience, location and languages, then scored against the must-have and nice-to-have criteria set for the role. Recruiters see the score with the reasons behind it, can adjust the criteria at any time and always make the final call on who moves forward.

Where do applications come from, and where do the results go?

Applications can arrive from a careers page form, job-board notifications, a shared inbox or an ATS. The automation collects them in one pipeline, writes the parsed profile and score back to the ATS or a Google Sheets tracker, and sends top candidates a message by email or WhatsApp with a booking link.

What happens to candidates who score below the threshold?

Nothing is deleted or rejected automatically. Lower-scoring applications stay in the pipeline with their scores, and borderline cases can be flagged for a recruiter to review by hand. Rejection messages, if used, go out only after a recruiter confirms. Simple automations like this are usually live within days once the role criteria are agreed.
