About

About orders & inventory

It addresses orders retyped from email or WhatsApp into an ERP, stock that sells out on one channel while still listed on another, purchase orders placed too late and customers asking where their package is. Typical builds pull orders from online stores, marketplaces, B2B forms and messages into one system, update stock across channels, raise low-stock alerts, draft purchase orders for approval, create shipping labels and send tracking updates to customers. Typical results are fewer stock errors, orders processed in minutes instead of hours and fewer inquiries about delivery status. Mirapps works with tools such as Shopify, WooCommerce, ERPs, warehouse systems and courier APIs, and designs the sync rules around how the business really fulfills orders.

FAQ

Common questions

Can orders that arrive by email or WhatsApp be entered automatically?

Yes. AI can read an order from an email, a PDF or a WhatsApp message, match product names and codes to the catalog, and create a draft order in the ERP or store. Clear orders go straight through. Orders with unknown items or unusual quantities are sent to a person for a quick confirmation first.

How is stock kept accurate across several sales channels?

One system is chosen as the source of truth for stock, usually the ERP or the main store. Every sale, return and delivery updates it, and the new quantity is pushed to the other channels on a short schedule or in real time. Buffer stock rules prevent overselling when only the last few units remain.

Can the automation reorder from suppliers?

It can calculate reorder needs based on stock levels, sales pace and supplier lead times, then draft purchase orders for approval. Once approved, the order is sent to the supplier by email or portal, and expected deliveries are tracked. A late confirmation triggers a reminder to the supplier and an alert to the buyer.

How do customers get shipping updates?

When a label is created or a courier status changes, the automation sends the customer a WhatsApp, SMS or email message with the tracking link and expected delivery date. Delays and failed delivery attempts trigger a specific message and, when needed, a task for the service team to follow up with the customer.
